It is possible that parasites could be causing the problems testing would help. It is quite possible that there is congestion of the liver/gallbladder is causing the problems. You should look at other supplements to support this I am thinking of choline or prefer phosphatidylcholine though it is pricey, also I think that taurine/methionine and cysteine would support this as well.

Take a look at the buplernum combination from Planetary Formuals. Herbal liver products are little more gentle on your system. You could also stimulate you acupuncture points for the liver using a cheap stimulator (Acupen from ebay) you can find the points on Acumedico.com.
