I just did my 7th Liver Flush last weekend at the end of an 8 day Master-Cleanse and in the middle of a parasite cleanse. As an experiment I halved the epson salts for the 2 evening portions and replaced the morning 2 with Sea Salt since the taste of the epson salt is easily the worst of this whole process for me. Also I added a coffee enema between the epson salt drinks. Went down alot better and I got a pile of stones out (along with some other undesirable stuff). I think that the ticket here is to follow the directions at first and then tailor the process to yourself as you get deeper into cleansing your body. The insights of the individuals posting here have been invaluble to me. Thanks to all!
