Hi all. I’ve been lurking and learning a lot from this site. Thanks so much to all the “posters”.
I’ve been doing the P*B Colon Cleanse for 3 weeks with some moderate results. I added the Dr. Clarke parasite cleanse the last week. Stopped all on Thursday in preparation for Liver Flush on Friday.
I followed Dr. Clarks Liver Flush instructions to a “T”. I drank a gallon of organic apple juice the 2 days before the flush. I didn’t have much trouble drinking the Epsom Salts or the olive oil grapefruit mixture. I had some SLIGHT nausea, no big deal. Got out about 50 soft green “rice shaped” particles, not sure if I can call them stones because they were “Squishy”. (I got up the courage to investigate one of them.) I felt pretty weak and shaky through Sunday. I used some pedia-lyte to restore electrolytes. All in all, I guess this would qualify as a successful 1st flush.
However, the results of the Epsom Salts are a different story. I had such bad BURNING diarrhea. By the end of the 2nd dose of Epsom Salts , the diarrhea was clear burning liquid. I would swear it was hydrochloric acid mixed with Tabasco!! Hence, I’m curious if there is a consensus on the next best option to Epsom Salts. I’ve read the following option on this board:
· Taking a generous dose of magnesium prior to a flush will help to relax the bile duct... (But would this cause a similar burning diarrhea?)
· Milk of Magnesia
· Coffee Enema
Is there any general consensus as to what would be the next best option, I’m scared of those Epsom salts! Sorry for the long post. I do want to do another liver cleanse in a couple of weeks.
Thanks in advance to a great group of folks,
Doodle Bug
