I think I'll try an enema in the morning. I've got pain in my legs and lower back and am feeling really uncomfortable.

I had some psyllium in juice and later ate a little food and lied down with a castor oil pack on for 2 hours - hoping this would push things along... I feel worse, it seemed to stir up something... we'll see how my sleep goes. Hmmm.

Not sure if I'm up for a parasite cleanse tomorrow, we'll see.
