Deb.....if I was constipated for a month...ummmmm...I would have a concern beyond the liver flush.

I did my first flush last weekend and it was no big deal.....

I started with the colon and parasite cleanse which is where I would start if I were in your shoes...For many years I had difficult bm's.......I started drinking the P/B shakes and drinking plenty of water and I started having nice bm's in just a few days.

So...I would start there first...and then do the flush when you feel better.
