Hi Tan...my advice would be to start Liver Flushing right away. Many people have passed very large stones...you shouldn't have a problem with yours. Since you're in pain it's best just to get in there and start flushing...after your first flush you can start your parasite cleanse...then flush again (if you're still in pain you can do another flush right away..but people usually wait 2 weeks...but, again, it depends on the kind of pain you're in). I've noticed that even when someone is on a parasite cleanse for 3 to 4 days...if they have parasites some of them come out in their liver flush. It happened to me too. I had only been on the parasite cleanse for 5 days...then I did my Liver Flush - got stones out and some other very strange-looking stuff. Once you start reading some of the messages on these forums (fasting, liver flush, bowel cleanse) you'll find the best cleansing schedule for yourself. (it's very easy to click on 'recommended messages' on each of the forums & archives to access some good & helpful posts)

Keep us posted on the results of your first liver flush. Oh, and it seems that people with gallbladder pain do *not* feel pain when they drink the olive oil...Hopefully some people will fill you in on this aspect of the flush!
