Hi Ocean, don't know if you read my message of tears and failure a few weeks ago but I tried again a week later with great success and no problem at all. I think sometimes, our bodies just aren't feeling up to it. Make sure you're in good spirits, are feeling good and not too tired before your next flush. Also, for the first time ever, I'm pedantically following the flush recipe and not bending the rules as much (just to be on the safe side!). I haven't done proper parasite cleansing yet, that's next!

if at first you don't succeed, flush, flush again!!
