Thanks to all who have responded. I think I am going to try the flush two nights from tonight, drinking lots of apple juice, eating very little (and what I do eat will be healthy), and taking some pre-cleansing herbs (what I can find at stores, since I won't be able to get the GCG in the mail in time). Then I'll take LOTS of Epsom Salts (the maximum amount referenced in a cleansing recipe to the extent that I can tolerate them) be sure to do castor oil packs with a hot water bottle as well as massages. I will, obviously, not go into work the next day as I anticipate (almost hopefully--imagine that!) being married to the toilet.

Hopefully, I will obtain at least SOME immediate beneficial results without any trips to the ER or permanent damage (gulp) and I will then be able to do a parasite and/or Bowel Cleanse and take some GCG prior to the next flush.

I will keep you all posted as to the protocol I use as well as the results--good, bad or neutral.

Thanks for all the advice and support!
