Any recommendation to keep the die-off to a minimum?

From my own observations, 3mn can be enough for many situations. For sure, 7mn is better, if you can handle-it.
If your condition is so severe that even 7mn is too much, caution is mandatory.

You could be right… But whatever you will do, there will be always some parasites left alive.
This situation (3mn instead of 7) is only a progression between no zapping at all, and a standard 7mn, to reach ASAP.

We are not in a contest for the fastest die-off!
You are tough. That’s good!
But don’t forget, the main purpose is to get out of all this, alive! (:-)

Or at least, with a minimum of discomfort, if possible, in my opinion.
