It can get confusing because of different forums for the parasites, but you might ask this question on the regular parasite Support Forum. This one is for Unidentified Skin Parasites.

I've asked the Webmaster if he could also put the parasite Support forum as one of the forums that people can cross-post to, because right now, if people also try to cross-post on a couple of different forums, it also goes to this one.
