Dear 62459,

What an exciting job working as a clinical nutrionist!   I almost studied that but in the end I choose to be a bio medicine analyst and  am currently studying that program :-)

I have SEVERE hypoglycemia I mean really bad that all started after  I got ill in India so yes  Ihave major stomache issues. Of course you know how hypoglycemia affects the moods ....

Well lately  Ihave been binging on dark chocolate and drinking green tea with ginseng and that makes me feel happy temporarily..until  I crash again.. My homepath has been on calcium carbonate homeopathic formula that really has been helping the moods swings and he wanted me to take 1-2 tablespoons of flax oil with greatly affects my mood for the better BUT seems to screw with my blood sugar...odd but  Idon't have that problem when  I take Borage oil omega 6 but  I don't get the relieve from depression and concentration difficulties with just the omega 6. The same thing happened when  It ried to take omega 3 after getting off of antidepressants..  I suppose  I am really lacking the enzymes to break down the oil etc.

I think  Imight give the bed diet a go and my gut REALLY needs healing. The protein  I take is in pure unendenturated whey protein.   Ireally notice  Ifeel better after  Itake it. It is such a pity to feel these symptoms that interfere with normal functioning and happiness... I once had what  I call a psycho episode where  I had the worst anxiety attack/ hysteria of my life all relieved by a bowel of salty pasta and butter...scary huh?!!

Here is an article that says what  Ihave been feeling lately about taking protein and oil together..infact  Ihave such reactive hypoglycemia that if  Ieat a bowel of nuts my hypo gets worse afterwards.

If you have any tips at all  I would be really greatful!
