I also don't do any Liver Cleanses or enemas, I don't believe it is needed. I do take milk thistle supplements sometimes as this helps to support the liver. I have taken Wormwood to get rid of parasites and this did a great job at that, but I only do this once a year, anymore, for me at least, seems excessive.

I think its an individual thing, I hear that some people get great benefit from Liver Cleanses and such like, so I guess its up to the person to try it or not.
