I'm with you on this Zoe. I'm drinking the powder and all. I'm following this method for now.

{"I" take 2 tbsps. of DE daily with a very small amount of water, just enough to make it fluid (like water). I'm not interested in tasting the DE in a full 8 ounce glass of water. I stir it up well and immediately consume before the DE has a chance to settle at the bottom of the glass. I've just started and am eager to become beautiful. LOL!!!

I want it for other things than just silica. I want it to pass through and take other things with it like parasites and gently "scrape" to bowels. IF it was just silica, I would use shavegrass.

One definite thing I've noticed is:

MORE AGE = MORE MAINTENANCE.
