Ruffneck is asking because at first when you are on the candida diet you get these cravings. They are not due to parasites but to low Sugar in your blood. It is easier for your metabolism to digest Sugar than to produce some using your fat, so it will send the hungry signal.

Remaining on the diet- no cheat over a week takes care of it. But each time you cheat, your blood Sugar goes into a rolercoaster and when it falls back you will feel real hungry.

Chromium supplements flattens the rollercoaster by balancing blood sugar. I had great results with it.
