Thanks for your advice. I am going to check these things out and make cleansing a regular part of my life. I'm only 35 and I have felt really old (too many aches and pains and conditions for my age) for the last ten years. Since the Master-Cleanse I haven't been feeling like that. I almost have forgot how bad I used to feel. And I definately know when I've eaten something wrong. So, it's definately time for a change.
