Hi

I'm currently doing a parasite cleanse using Humaworm and Humacleanse. This is my sixth day on the cleanse and I have become quite constipated. The only thing that seems to move my bowels is a teaspoon of caster oil in the morning followed by a cup of warm water half an hour later. I was just wondering if it is a good idea to do this on a daily basis as I know that this is a form of liver flush.
