Hi everyone,

After finishing Hulda Clark parasite cleanse me and my partner both did a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (to flush away the remaining critters). We both retained the salt water. We did it on an empty stomach upon awaking. Did not eat or drink for 2 hours after that. Nothing happened.
I measured as precisely as I could (2 teaspoons of Sea Salt to 1 litre water).
Did our bodies benefit from retaining the salt water?
Or did it harm us?

How soon is it advisable to try another flush?
Should we use the same amount of salt or less/more?
