The Master Cleanse is amazing to kick the vices-- I must admit I did smoke the first 5 days of my first cleanse. My sense of smell got so strong following those five days that I couldnt stand the smell of the smoke anywhere- I quit cold turkey that day- washed everything I could get my hands on and still when I catch a whiff of it I have to hunt down where the offense is coming from to obliterate it. Eating better along with the different protocols Ive found here to rid parasites have made a world of difference-great journey- and if I feel as good going forward as I do today- well worth the price of the ticket
