Dear Wittlewabbitte
If you are so toxic as you say you are, you need to go on a complete cleanse. On Curezone see “Cleansing Inner Body “. It will give you a good idea of what you could do. The only change I suggest is to do a parasite cleanse at the same time as you do your bowel cleanse.
It looks like you have done the first of the 2nd step. A kidney and bladder cleanse can be quite simple.
Before doing a liver and gall bladder flush, I suggest that you go a 5-day stone softening protocol and then on a liver flush. After the Liver Flush for at least 3 days you will need to flush your intestines to get rid of all stones and toxins,
The pain you felt in your anal zone could be from hemorrhoids that became aggravated by the coffee enemas. It could also be from the enema nozzle being forced in.
I would suggest the following:
stop taking any enemas for 3 to 4 days and see if the pain goes away,
meanwhile improve your diet (you don’t say a word about it and it is super important),
also make sure that you have a least one daily bowel movement.
Also don’t take too many coffee enemas. They are not for every day use unless you suffer from an acute disease such as cancer. I always take at least 2 cleansing enemas before taking a coffee enema. I would suggest that you do the same.
If you have more questions I will try to answer them.
