I have exactly like you still symtpoms after Antibiotics . A LOT of TFT tests (four at least), during a year, were negative after these Antibiotics . But... I am still as sick as before: extremely fatigue, bad bowel movements, have to diet or it'll go totally out of control with my energy, bloating and I possibly forget some of the symptoms.
my TFT tests are negative because:
1) False negative and I still have the parasites, which are in the mucous of my intestines or something. Some people test difficult for these parasites according to badbugs.org
2) I don't have the parasites any more and something else is causing this misery.

I do have candida and maybe it's the problem, but I'm thinking also of Lyme disease. Who knows? Tests are not very reliable. I have a doubtfull Lyme disease outcome of the test. And I can see the candida on my hands, so it is probably also in the rest of my body.
