I've had ok- success with using parasite cleanse, colonics, kelp, minerals (moreless PH balance drink), cleansing baths , vitamins, cayenne, different oils prolonged Liver Cleansing and juice fasting for 7 days. Nothing to get super-excited about though but its a progress.

I must also say that i had some serious health issues which are now subsiding as well so i must say that everything was helpful in some way. So far the best results were from parasite cleanses and liver flushes. I have pretty bad Psoriasis so i can really tell what makes a difference, but everybody's chemistry and ailments are different so im not sure it can be extrapolated so far as helping everyone the same.
