hi, I'm on day 2. I've done the Master-Cleanse twice before for 10 days each and lost 10lbs each time, only to gain half the weight back when I resumed eating.

I'm going for at least 14 days this time and then planning on juicing afterwards.

This forum was great for support the last 2 times. I love how great I feel after the cleanse, but it's not easy!
