Aaaahhh, thank you High On Water, for the compliment and the advice!  I do like water and have been drinking lots of it already, but maybe I'll measure it out per your recommendation and see how that goes.  And I do love sea salt.  I use a lot on my food.  I could never go back to refined salt now.  It just has no taste!  For some reason the one day I tried putting it in my water and doing the salt water flush I got very bad diahrrea that lasted all day, so since then I use it on food and still drink plenty of water.  Maybe it was a coincidence, but I'm not willing to try it again unless I have the time to be home and in the bathroom.

I always find it odd when I come across people who say they don't like water and they have to drink pop all day or other drinks that don't seem healthy.  How can you not like water?  I guess if I lived in the city and had that yucky chlorine water, maybe then I could understand, but we have really good artesian well water here.  And it's 0 calories!

As far as the nickname your mom had for you... I'm sure it was out of love.  Heh he.  I use to like to tease my kids - still do I guess.  I took sick pleasure out of squirting them with the hose as they rode by on their bikes in the summer.

I do kind of wish the format of this website/forum were set up better so that the newbies could find stuff easier.  I like the weightloss forums where they have a section for diaries, the threads get bumped up when someone posts in them etc.  Oh well.  It's still pretty cool that curezone has such an extensive list of health ailments etc that you can look into.
