I suspected candida in the past and went on candida diets which was awfully hard to do and took some perseverance but when I did I felt great but only for a short time. Then I was back to my old self.

My digestion is non existent, I am also very badly constipated. I did an enema today and yes, i can confirm I am full of it !!!

Either way I have gone back to my guy here in London and he is re-testing my hair and hopefully he will get to the bottom of this.
