We have a VitaMix blender.  Basically an outboard motor attached to a blender.  Thing is a tank, and blends anything wet and dry we put in it.  So when I show signs of weakness for ice cream, I become strong and throw fruits, ice and honey, stevia, sugar mebbe, and blend up a sorbet.  Make some really bang up concoctions.  

Then there are days when I grow weak and my beeline goes to the ice cream spot in the supermarket, where if something is on sale, I can blame it on marketing, and I guilt myself all the way to slovenly bliss.  Bad bad bad.  And yum.
