Hello daisey!

Doing the Liver-Flush used to be a dread for me too. This was when I first started Liver-Flush about 4 years ago with all the parasite and toxin in me. This year alone I did my 4th Liver-Flush last Thursday. It was a success.
In those days the ES used to dehydrated me and the oil nausea unbearable to the point I stopped flashing.
Then after joining the cure zone started doing it by the book. The parasite cleansing, the bowel cleaning and keeping reasonable healthy Diet is a must. Don’t forget that “You’ve Gotta Live A Little” too. Perseverance is the name of the game.
In regards to the use of oil I tried the Olive oil heavy for my palate. Then I changed to sunflower oil. Now starting last year I just used a store bought vegetable oil with the fresh squeezed grape fruit juice and everything is OK.
What I am trying to convey here is, don’t give up. Follow your God given instinct. Take it easy when you need to.
