To a degree... yes. Although I have never been confined to my house.

At the very minimum, clean up your diet. It is REALLY hard at first, but the cravings go away. It helps. The other things I am doing is a Humaworm parasite cleanse and psyillium and Bentonite shakes.

If you read through all of these forums, there are SOO many things you can do. You just have to listen to your body. I'm no expert because I have only been doing this a short while. However, diet alone has DRASTICALLY helped my symptoms. Good luck =)
