The great sages often say that our bodies operate on their own. What dictates the direction of the bodies actions is the spiritual will of the consciousness. So you are correct in just keeping your awareness up, but watch your intent (free will)... because it dictates the direction of your spiritual will (karma), and indirectly the place the you end up in the "movie" (also by karma).

It seems so fascinating to me now, its like as though this grand stage has been set up.

There appear to be a linear gradient with two sides which are the extremes.

One one side it appears that there are those self-righteous not only believe they deserve to own the world and everything in it. They do not care the means by which they achieve it. The funny thing is that there are so many of these people world wide. They are at every level, in every society... often working their way to the top of high level companies.

Some of them fearing loosing their power have created groups with the mission growing at all costs, and preventing the loss of their power. They will compromise anything with integrity. And many of these groups have been very successful.

The nature of these groups is to grow... and skim the fat from the top of the milk. But the truth is that the milk is running low these days. There is not as much wealth going around as there used to be, and these groups (by their very nature) are fighting each other.

Because so many have been taking for so long, and never giving back the system has lost integrity. The tree can no longer stand because of the termites. The bottom can no longer support the top feeders... and so if these groups want to survive they have to fight each other.

Then there is the side of the spectrum. People who just want to live a happy life, people who go about their day not looking to steal or hurt anyone. They are just happy living life, and loving every minute of it. They dont care for politics, or any b.s. because they dont need it. Internally they not only know good from bad, they live it. If the world was full of only these people, governments... countries.... police.... war... corruption.... none of these would exist. I bet that the world would be 10000% more productive, and need only 1/10th of the work.

But here is what I do not really understand... God seems to mix us all up together and lets us play out our lives. The parasites at the one end taking advantage of the nature of good men at the other. But the flaw of good men is that they cannot be naive and complacent. They need to be constantly vigilant and keep the integrity in the world, or else there will be problems. For too long good men have been complacent, and now TPTB have taken control... the systems designed to keep everyone honest have fallen to deep capture.

So the stage is set, TPTB are in a fight for control with each other... and Good Men will eventually rise up when they have had enough. But how will good men change the tides?

In the last few hundred years we have seen this done several ways. First is the American Revolution, it started with a preacher who had enough and killed an English soldier. Behind the movement was an idea, the constitution of the US. Many soldiers died, but in the end the Good Men triumphed.

Next one I can think of is Ghandi... he had enough. But he would not use force or warfare. He used passive resistance, and had enough support that england eventually gave way. Not one bullet was ever used to achieve this freedom, however after India was freed... Ghandi was shot.

The next I can think of is the trade unions in the states. They were tired of poor safety, poor working conditions, poor wages... and long hours. They eventually formed unions which had the goal of better working conditions, better wages, family support, pensions, less hours. Unions are what brought the world what is known as the "weekend". They used non-compliance via striking, and prevented companies from doing business while they were on strike.

I also remember the bourgeousi in france and nepolian. And the stupid words of mary antoinnette, which pretty much pissed off the people so much it started the revolution.

Now there are some similarities in all three situations that I can see.

First there is tyranny, a small percentage of people forcing their will on the many.

Second is that eventually the large percentage of the people have enough with the small percentage of the people forcing their will on the many.

Third is each time the people had a goal which was higher than themselves, often people willing to give up their own lives for it, their will lined up with a goal of freedom from oppression.

Fourth... And this is very important... non-compliance against forced tyranny. This definition is probably a little different for everyone.

Fifth is that each time the people succeeded.
