It's hard to know the cause unfortunately and so it's kind of a hit or miss situaltion. Sorry you are having a hard time. I'll list some possibilities you may want to consider.

If it's a bacterial infection, I've found Colloidal Silver irrigation to be really effective. It can also help if the cause is fungal. I'll give you a link below for some info on how to do it and what to use.

I wonder if you are having some allergy issues. Allergies can definitely cause the things you described. I'll post a link below for info on that.

What about a viral thing? Something low grade perhaps.

Some of the things you are doing can help improve your system. Have you done the colon and Liver Flushes (I love Dr. Schulze 's formulas but I don't think the liver herbs actually push out the stones)? These are some basic steps to improving the overall condition. The cleansing you are doing is a good start. Even if it doesn't get the source of your problem, it can help your body to function better overall. I personally got great results with the Hulda Clark style Liver Flushes (got out hundreds of stones), the Oxypowder colon cleanse, and a parasite cleanse.

Another thing that has been really helpful is ozone. You may want to look at drinking ozonated water. Adding oxygen to the body can make a big impact.

Lastly, and maybe it should have been first, have you had a doc look you over? I would go see an ear, nose and throat doc if you haven't already, to at least get a diagnosis.
