Your TSH may be enough for you to feel hypothyroid. I would work with a natural doc or chiropractor/nutritionist who can give you something natural (w/out iodine) to boost your thyroid. I have not tried glandulars but I may go that route depending on what my bloodwork says. I know for a fact that I am NOT taking thyroid meds ever again. I have tried synthroid, slow release T3 (both 12 and 24 hour release), and Armour, as well as Nature Thyroid (like Armour but more pure). I did the Armour a long time ago, like 5 years ago and only lasted a few days I think. The synthroid made me feel horrible, bad Acne and chest pains and pale face. Of course I did the slow release 12 hr. release when I did Wilsons years ago and got positive results for a while and then went hyperthyroid. The ones I was just on were the nature thyroid (from pig like Armour) and the 24 hr. release T3 (synthetic). I cannot handle them and always end-up sicker. You know you can gain weight from adrenal fatigue from high cortisol circulating around in your system. You can also gain weight when you are detoxing from all the water weight and edema or if your liver is sluggish. That happened to me, I gained when detoxing. I am finally happy with my weight and eat the same diet as you, minus the fruit (candida). Do you eat a lot? I was and then found out I had parasites so that's perhaps why I was gaining weight too? I am on the parasite cleanse right now but going very slowly so I have less extreme die-off.

I actually take at least 3,000mg (3 grams) of vitamin C, sometimes 5 grams.

I take 200mcg selenium

two multiple b-vitamins 2x's per day

B12 and folic acid shots 1-2X's per week (discontinuing these)

100-200 mg of niacin

1,000-1,500mg of B5

200-300mg B6

1,000-2,000iu vitamin D3

magnesium (1,000-1,500) mg

vitamin A 25,000iu

and then some herbs to balance my hormones, stimulate my pituitary, digestive enzymes, and hydrochloric acid to digest my meat.

I drink Sea Salt (pink himalyan) in water in the morning

I take adrenal glandulars.

I know this is mass dosing on pills but I am feeling better.

I need to get back on the cod liver oil and barley grass as well.
