I am ending day 3 on The Master Cleanse and I have all the typical cleansing symptoms. I am following the cleanse religiously. But a couple questions. my first day on the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) i drank it fine and had somewhat of a movement...not much. So the next day I upped the salt to 1 Tablespoon in hopes of a decent movement. I did throw up some of the SW but kept some down and only had a small amount water come out once again. After doing much reading One person suggested that maybe the body was absorbing it because it was dehydrated so I did what they suggested and drank water during the night and also a glass after awaking. i waited 30 minutes and did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) still with not much being expelled. I waited an hour and drank 1 quart of water and expelled a little more. does anyone have any suggestions? Neither the smooth move or SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) seems to be expelling much. I've only had 1 decent bowel movement since the start of my cleanse and whenever I go to the bathroom I feel the need to have a bowel movement but I don't. as if I am constipated. Is this normal? I almost want to do an enema to see if there is any anything I need to get rid of. One other thing that might need to be mentioned I started menstruating today and have all the horrible symptoms headache, fatigue, cramps. Also my stomach is churning constantly today..I assume this part is normal though. I appreciate any advise. A huge thank you in advance.
