You do have a sinus infection. It's just in the upper sinus. The running is from pressure.

My advice is, even though it's addictive, 4-way nasal spray is the best. It's been a life saver to me, when I have had bad allergies and colds.

Drink lots of water, get some CS, and keep doing what you're doing. Don't drink milk or eat cheese.

Sudaphed works, but you need to drink lots of water.
