Your forgetting one thing, most meat eaters prefer the guts.

Humans that eat bloody meat are about the most gross humans I have ever seen. Those with blood on their plate make normal people about puke when they walk by and see it. The fattest/grossest man I ever new personally would eat pounds of hamburger right out of the package, which is mostly beef heart, etc.
