I agree about the parasite suggestion.

Two other guesses...

Do you need to let up on your focus, if emphasis is an overall stress to your system?

Someone suggested that a drop of bitters on the tongue, just before eating, triggers bile output.

Lots of chewing is good, of course...PRE-digestion by saliva.


You sound thorough in your health care procedures. Perhaps, when they become second-nature, your relaxation and change-of-focus will help.
