I realize this is a long read, and hope someone who is knowledgeable can help me out here, as I could really use the help ..

It seems to me that everytime I eat, no matter what it is, it basically just SITS in my stomach for hours and hours. Be it a heavy meal, a salad, or even a piece of fruit (fruit not quite hours and hours, but still waaay longer than it should).

I will sometimes eat a single, small apple, then a handleful of salad 3 hours later, and not feel hungry for the entire rest of the day...

On top of that, no matter how little I eat, I always feel like I've overeaten afterwards, even if I'm still hungry while eating (which is well .. always) if you get my meaning. The overeating feeling always always makes me drag and feel crummy as well.

My diet is suberb, I eat everything organic, and make SURE there's nothing included that I'm allergic or sensitive to. I eat my fruits on an empty stomach, salads by themselves, don't mix starches with meats, etc. I've tried adding cayenne, essential oils and fats (for bile) enzymes, enzyme rich fruits, ginger, apple cider vinegar, and many other things to the food itself or beforehand. I've tried juicing for long periods of time as well to no avail.

I've also done many Colon Cleanses so I know I'm not backed up (although I may be due for another one), I've also done many liver/gallbladder cleanses, kidney cleanses, and am currently parasite cleansing. I'm also almost positive I have Leaky Gut Syndrome, but I can't see how any of that would cause such sluggish digestion while in my stomach.

I have several other severe symptoms, including chronic fatigue, migraines, brain fog, joint/muscle pains, (which is what makes me think I have leaky gut, that and other reasons). Although I'd like to find out what causes such problems with digestion in hopes to find the true underlying cause to all my symptoms.

Any feedback on this or even if someone can just point me to a link or better forum for this post would be extremely helpful. Thanks much in advance.
