Have you done a colon and/or parasite cleanse? Thats always a good place to start...
It would be helpful to change your eating- while doing flushes to expedite the cleaning process.
Try Dr. Cabot's eight-week diet (a book) The plan is very easy to follow and has lots of menu options including if you have allergies. The plan helps the liver to not be overtaxed from food.
