How much is a lot? What was your cycle like? (how long on how long off) From what I have read on creatine the worry was always about kidneys, not liver damage. There are new studies showing creatine to be very safe and almost a miracle supplement. They want to use it for seniors. I will see if I can find the study and post it.I also know someone who has taken creatine for six years straight in moderation and has had no problem.
To answer your question; yes, the liver can rebuild itself. You talked about the dust and carpets,maybe you picked up a mold. They can wreck havoc on your health.
A liver cleanse is a good place to start.Also check out the parasite forum.It might take time but if you search this site you will figure out what's wrong and how to cure yourself.
