Eiy eiy eiy! Is it possible those thingies were parasite parts? ick! The 'spots' didn't go down the middle...they were brown and random like something (a stone? or?) had been attached to it..with washing, couldn't really get the circle spots off...hmmm. weird weird!

Oh yeah, the ES is no problem for me, it doesn't make me feel sick or gag-y at all. And by 10am I felt perfectly fine. The throwing up was good to do! (in hindsight!)

What a flush, though...I hate feeling nauseous. ugh.
