I am on the P&B and also the parasite cleanse.

P&B for a week and have not really seen anything at all happen. I am going to start taking 2 shakes a day starting today. On the parasite cleanse for like 4 days. Can I still take my parasite cleanse tomorrow I do not want to stop this in the middle of program. Should I hold off on the Liver Flush until I am not taking the parasite cleanse daily?

I am kind of disappointed I have not been able to up the P&B because I a just having a small BM in the mornings and don't want to get constipated.
