Hi,

I'm doing my first Liver Flush today - pretty much following Hulda Clark 's method. But I'm nervous about the ways that I'm not following it exactly. I've read several methods and have been meaning to do this for a few years - so I'm glad that I'm there today. But the methods are all slightly different enough that it is difficult to extract the essence to ensure that my own is fine.

Here's what I've been doing - I've been on a juice fast; this is the 4th day. Fruit juice in the morning and vegetable juice and potassium broth in the evening. And a daily enema.

So I'm a little concerned that the Epsom Salts will have nothing to encounter and therefore I'll be having bowell cramping. So I fear that her recommendation of 4 servings might be too much for such an empty bowell. I've never taken Epsom Salts before.

Any opinions on this?

I have not done a parasite cleanse first like she recommends.

Some methods think that juice fasting first is good. Some methods have you use Epsom Salts . I'm not certain if any have you do both.
