Yes, I have taken the Co-Q-10 a couple of times. I bought the bottle and took the whole bottle every time.

I used it in addition to the parasite cleanse I was doing at the time. I passed parasites from the cleanse and the Co-Q-10 would have helped, too.

What I do remember was the first time I took the bottle of Co-Q-10, I felt really light and airy. (if that makes any sense) I just remember feeling good.

So, if you are interested, get you a bottle!
