Thanks Juul for quick response - I am currently doing probiotics,papaya enzymes and psyllium in p&b's - will edit post. I appreciate the contact as I deal with this mostly alone and with the un-informed, not afflicted types who aren't understanding me.(Grown kids are in some kind of denial that I am ill since I can still walk and talk !) parasite test suggestion is good - there may be more that I don't about? OH dear, the ones I can see are enough, but you may be right. I could pitch the Ezekial and other items, but I think Pineapple(bromelain) help killed a Tapeworm - no rolling in the gut lately. I eat rice and beans for some hope of PROTEIN - am open to a better way - can't always afford the GOOD chicken. This is so scary and more scary to do AMA way.
