I was so sidetracked by the fruit smoothie discussion I forgot the whole question. I found that after my Liver Flushes I crave junk less. It didn't happen till my 5th one though. I think it was the 5th one.... they are all starting to blend together. Anyway I had one flush where the next day I was bursting with energy and every time I tried to eat junk of any type it tasted awful so I ate healthy. I think these results are from both the parasite cleansing and the flushes. This only lasted a few days but I now have high hopes for the future.
