I know how overwhelming this information can be. I just decided my liver needed cleansing and went ahead and did a flush and was successful. I didn't do any dental work or Bowel Cleanse or parasite cleanse first. Those will come in time. For now we need to get our livers going and I suggest that you go ahead and flush!
Metaphysically, the liver is the seat of anger. I have been working on blessing everything instead of being angry with it. It's working but it takes time to change our way of thinking.
