If you are doing the Candida yeast free diet, you must take supplements with it; otherwise, the candida will not go away. Candida natural meds are: Caprylic Acid (6 to 8 caps a day), Black Currant Oil (6 to 8 caps a day), and Bifidophilus (open bifidophilus caps--take at least 30 a day (10 caps 3 x day). Check if Hulda Clark has these, or try natures sunshine. com they have them. My husband has ringworms and he's doing the diet. He also applies prescription cream Mometasone Furoate Cream; and now he's starting the parasite cleanse by Hulda Clark .
