i am trying to learn the path to wellness but, i read for hours and hours only to feel so lost... i need the help of someone knowledgeable ad caring so, if one kind person from thi community could spare a few minutes to help me, i'd be so very grateful...

i must begin by saying that, it is one of my dreams to have my Amalgam dental fillings removed but for now i can't afford to (not even in mexico - and it is also hard for me to travel) so i have to live with them and manage the best i can. i understand the fillings can react badly with many things (such as alpha lipoic acid / ALA - i cringe to think that i had taken ALA before i knew about the danger with fillings!) so i am full of questions!
...for starters:

is it safe to begin oil pulling while they are still in? (and if it's okay ...what will i need to begin pulling? ...a chosen oil, Sea Salt for after, vitamin c crystals for gum support ...am i getting warmer? *smile*)

and similarly, is it okay to use SSKI while i have Amalgam fillings? (and if it's okay, can someone please tell me whether we are allowed to get SSKI without a prescription and, if yes, where? this is not a setup, i am a person who needs help and just don't know where to go...)

and lastly on the Amalgam worries ...i read that ip6 is beneficial for managing mercury ...so is it safe to use while i still have the fillings? ...and is there any danger to using ip6 along with the SSKI ??

and most of all... where do i begin as far as, liver/gallbladder cleansing (not sure if those are the same thing?), colon cleansing and parasite treatment, and oil pulling ...is there a general order in which to go about them and what should i do first?

okay, i hope this post wasn't totally scattered and annoying and someone will help!
