I couldn't remember if there is a forum for this. I briefly scanned the forums and didn't see one, so I am posting here. If I overlooked the forum, I will gladly move this post.

For 2009, I am going to watch all my Dr. Schulze tapes AGAIN. I will listen to the Bob/ Dr. Schulze interviews AGAIN. I plan on listening to my juicing tapes AGAIN. I plan on reading Dr. Clark's book AGAIN. These things began my road to better health and I count them as #1 in importance.

I plan on maintenance liver flushes, colon and parasite maintenance cleansing. I will take my Iodine daily. I will oil swish daily.

I plan on sweating EVERYDAY. I will laugh EVERYDAY.

I will watch less TV.

I plan on reading Marilu Henner's books and really listen and learn from her.

I will read a chapter of my Bible daily.
