I am having the same problem with exhaustion. (See my post on the Acne forum about Clear Skin Image). I don't have any answers, unfortunately, but try taking Ornithine as recommended by Dr. Clark. It is supposed to help you sleep by offsetting the side effects of the parasites releasing ammonia. More ammonia is released during the parasite cleanse.
