I have been doing a somewhat clean for the past 3 weeks, psyllium, acidophilus as well as other herbs, changed my diet to cut out all the "junk" etc. On Monday I want to start the Master cleanse, but I want to know should I continue with the psyllium during the cleanse? Can I stay on my birth control pills while on the cleanse? Should I start the parasite cleanse at the same time or should I wait until I am finished with the cleanse? Anything you can tell me would help.
