Main question followed by an introduction:

Can any of you helpful folks tell me how to take the Clarkia for a general parasite cleanse? I have lost my page of instructions.

I must say I appreciate all the folks on this forum. I would have been a skeptic a year ago. Last December through February I had chronic recurrent sinus infections, and my allergist gave me multiple rounds of Antibiotics to treat them. In the spring I began having diarrhea if I ate ANYTHING. This led me to a GI specialist for a colonoscopy. You know you have to drink that “GoLytly” the night before to clean you out. (What a misnomer.) He didn’t find anything, but I was “cured” after the test. Not only was the diarrhea gone, but I felt better than I’ve felt in years. I knew this had something to do with my intestinal flora. Slowly I’ve started feeling worse and worse again, so I began doing research.

I decided on 1tsp. psyllium powder with 1 Tbsp. Bentonite clay mixed in water. Last weekend I started the “master cleanse” with the senna tea in the evening, Sea Salt “oral enema” in the morning, and lemonade all day. I started the P&B shakes at the same time. I only did the “master cleanse” for 3 days, now I’m eating a “colon friendly” diet. I was hoping for a huge boost in energy like I got from the “GoLytly”, but seeing as I currently have a sinus infection, I don’t feel all the benefits yet. But I am NOT going to take Antibiotics for this unless I get REALLY sick.

I have a 3-day weekend, so I thought I would use it to take the CoQ10 and Clarkia . That way if I feel bad I can rest. I’m hoping to get rid of Candida and parasites if present.

So now to my questions:

Does this plan sound acceptable?

I got my Clarkia in, and there was a page of instructions included, but I have misplaced the instructions page. I have searched for instructions on the net, but can't find any. I see some instructions from Dr. Clark:

...but that seems to be for taking each ingredient separately.
